Annie H. Williams leads AnnieWMS with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her journey began when she purchased her first investment property with her late husband, Sam Williams, using proceeds from stock she sold. From that first bold step, she grew her holdings to include more than 22 properties, many of which were distressed city homes that she successfully rehabilitated and transformed into valuable income-producing assets.

Annie’s expertise goes beyond transactions — she has introduced real estate investing to her two children, continuing a family tradition of building stability through ownership. That legacy stretches back even further: her mother once owned 44 acres of land in Florida, instilling in Annie the vision and determination to use real estate as a foundation for generational wealth.

Today, AnnieWMS is entering a new chapter of growth. With Annie continuing to serve as President, the company has welcomed Joe W. Powell as Vice President, whose vision is to expand the portfolio through the acquisition of two new properties and their rehabilitation. Together, Annie Williams and Joe W. Powell are positioning AnnieWMS for its next phase of investment and community impact.
